Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all price tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship to Warehouse
Drop off your package at any authorized Thailand Post location or schedule a home pickup through our logistics partner using the provided pre-paid label.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
