What are the shipping options available within Thailand?
We offer standard door-to-door delivery across all provinces in Thailand. Shipping is free for orders over 2,000 THB, while a flat rate applies to orders below this amount. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days for Bangkok and 3-5 business days for other regions.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our logistics partner's website or log into your URBAN REVIVO account to view the real-time status of your delivery.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure payment methods including major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB), PromptPay QR codes, and popular e-wallets. All transactions are encrypted to ensure your financial data remains safe.
How do I find the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We provide measurements in both centimeters and inches to help you find the perfect fit. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders immediately. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been confirmed. If you no longer want the items, you may follow our return process once the package arrives.
